These Terms govern your use of Stratis Technology Inc.'s ad-analytics platform.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Stratis, you accept these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an agency, you represent that you have authority to bind that agency.
2. Service
Stratis is a multi-tenant SaaS platform that ingests advertising data from the platforms you connect through our connectors for the agencies you administer, and surfaces dashboards, reports, and AI-generated insights in our web application.
3. Account responsibilities
- You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials
- You are responsible for the OAuth grants and API tokens you connect to Stratis and for revoking them when no longer needed
- You agree not to use Stratis to access ad accounts you are not authorized to manage
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code
- Use the service to violate the terms of any platform you connect
- Resell, sublicense, or white-label Stratis without a separate agreement
- Use automated tools to scrape Stratis or interfere with service operation
5. Data ownership
You retain ownership of all data you connect or upload. By using Stratis, you grant us a limited license to process that data solely for the purpose of delivering the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Service availability
Stratis is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the service.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule. Outstanding fees survive termination.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stratis Technology Inc.'s aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; we will update the "Last updated" date and notify account owners about material changes.
